We’re able to customise your management fee based on the specific rental type you have. When comparing our fee structure with others that may list a lower management fee percentage, ensure there are no additional charges at the end of the month, letting or advertising fees or even fees when you need specialist help. Hidden extras add up fast — often another 2–3% on top of the headline fee. On $600/week, 7% sounds cheap, but add a one-week letting fee and you’re effectively now paying 9%.
