Property Manager

I bring a mix of warmth, reliability, and life experience to my role in property management. My background is in the New Zealand Police and Corrections (Probation), where I spent many years working closely with people. That’s shaped how I approach this role today with clear communication, practical problem solving, and a calm, approachable style.

I had a brief stint in real estate back in the mid 2000s, and was always drawn back to the property world. Property management is the right fit for me, with its daily variety, constant learning, and the chance to help people navigate important decisions.

Originally from Titahi Bay, I’ve called Raumati Beach home since the mid 90s and really enjoy being part of a community that continues to grow and evolve.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me sea swimming year round, spending time in the garden, reading, researching family history, or planning the next trip away. I also have a soft spot for fashion.

I’m passionate about finding practical, people first solutions, and take pride in making sure both landlords and tenants feel confident and supported every step of the way.
