Since joining Watson Integrity, Ashley has become an experienced and confident Property Manager who loves the people side of the role and being part of a team that makes even the busy days enjoyable.

One of the things Ashley enjoys most about property management is the opportunity to get out from behind the desk and spend time with people. Whether she’s meeting landlords and tenants, carrying out inspections or working alongside contractors, she enjoys the face to face side of the role.

Over the past few years, building relationships has become one of Ashley’s biggest strengths. She has a natural ability to connect with people and believes good communication, listening and taking the time to understand each situation are an important part of looking after both people and properties well.

She also knows that property management rarely goes exactly to plan. Ashley believes a good Property Manager needs to be flexible, communicate well and be willing to adapt when the unexpected happens.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, playing social netball, going for walks and winding down with Netflix or finding her next bit of inspiration on Pinterest.
Having lived and worked in Palmerston North, Ashley loves the balance of town and countryside and enjoys being part of the community she now works in every day.
