Since joining Watson Integrity, Jesse has developed into a confident Property Manager who particularly values the relationships she has built with both landlords and tenants.

One of her favourite things about property management is the variety. She enjoys being able to split her time between the office and being out at properties, meeting people and dealing with whatever the day brings. It makes for busy days, but also ones that feel productive.

Over the past year, Jesse has become particularly good at having the harder conversations that are sometimes part of property management. She understands the importance of being clear and professional while still treating people with respect, particularly when working through situations that aren't always straightforward.

Jesse believes being a good multitasker is essential in property management. With different properties, people and priorities competing for attention every day, being able to keep on top of everything while still communicating well with owners and tenants makes a real difference.

Having lived in Palmerston North for many years, Jesse enjoys working in the community she knows so well and building genuine relationships with the people whose properties and homes she looks after.

Outside of work, you'll usually find Jesse reading, learning guitar, practising her Spanish or playing netball.
