Terms and Conditions of Entry
The prize is one $5,000 Prezzy card voucher.
The campaign will run between 28th August 2026 and 30th November 2026. The winners will be drawn on 4th December 2026. This competition is open to participants across the Watson Integrity offices located in Palmerston North, Levin, and Kapiti.
To qualify for entry your property must have a full market appraisal completed by one of our Watson Integrity property or rental consultants between the campaign period to be in the draw. Any appraisal that has been cancelled or suspended will be considered an ineligible entry into the Prize Draw.
Each Eligible Entrant receives one entry per property appraisal. If the property is listed for sale or rent within the Promotional Period, the Eligible Entrant will receive ten additional entries.
The property must have a valid address and you must be the homeowner. All winners must be 18 years of age or older. Watson Integrity reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries.
Watson Integrity reserves the right to terminate or change the promotion or any or all of the specifications at any time without notification.
All winners will be notified by telephone and written or electronic means within 48 hours of the prize being drawn. The Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a prize if a winner cannot be contacted within five business days. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into with any Entrants or any other person.
By registering your contact details with Watson Integrity you provide consent to be contacted for marketing purposes. You reserve the right to ‘opt out’ or ‘stop’ this correspondence at any time and the company will endeavour to remove you from their database.
Any decisions made by the Promoter in relation to the Prize Draw are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
