Since joining Watson Integrity, Lillee has grown into a confident and capable Property Manager who enjoys the variety, challenges and relationships that come with the role.

For Lillee, one of the best parts of property management is that no two days are ever quite the same. There is always a new situation to work through, something to learn or a problem to solve, which keeps the role busy and interesting.

Over her time with Watson Integrity, Lillee has continued to build her knowledge, take on greater responsibility and develop strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. She has also achieved her New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4) through REINZ, adding a nationally recognised qualification to the practical experience she has built within the industry.

Lillee believes being proactive, paying attention to the details and communicating well are some of the most important parts of being a good Property Manager. She also knows things don't always go to plan, so being able to stay calm, find solutions and handle difficult situations professionally is an important part of the job.

Outside of work, Lillee enjoys spending time with her partner Harry and their Cavoodle, Benji, along with dancing, music and fashion.
