Greg's many years experience in property management has led to the desire to provide the best property management team in the region. He is responsible for providing the best advice to future clients enabling them to make informed decisions regarding their investment. He is capable of answering any queries you have regarding our property management service. Greg is committed to continually improve Watson's property management service. This gives the benefits to clients of robust systems, tried and true procedures, top level staff training, and expert advice.

Greg is proud to lead our Property Management Team, which has been twice recognised as "Residential Property Management Office of the Year" (2009 & 2011) by the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.

Greg is recognised as an industry expert and this has led to him winning multiple national awards for Business Development, helping write the NZQA Standards for industry, speaking nationally and internationally on best practice and innovation.

He is an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (AREINZ) which recognises a high level of study and knowledge and has received a national award as an Industry Leader and Mentor in Property Management.
