Property Manager

As a people-focused property manager, I bring clear communication, genuine care, and a sharp eye for detail to every home I look after. I work hard, I listen, and I make sure both landlords and tenants feel supported, respected and well-informed throughout the entire process.

My interest in property started with a dream of going into sales, but starting a family young pushed me toward a path that felt even more meaningful. Property management gives me the best of both worlds: the chance to work with homes and the opportunity to help people. It’s not just handing over keys. It’s guiding tenants to understand how to care for a home, helping them build healthy living habits, and ensuring landlords feel confident that their investment is in safe hands. Every day is different, and that’s exactly what I love about it.

Whanganui is home for me. My partner Quaid and I are raising our children, Te Awarua and Halo, surrounded by their whakapapa and the close-knit community we value so much. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me spending time with my whānau on the farm, heading out for bike rides or walks with our dog Mila, or on the netball court — a sport I’ve loved since I was five.

In every part of my work, my goal is simple: to bring care, clarity and connection to property management, and to make the experience as positive as possible for everyone involved.
