Born and raised in New Zealand, Chanelle spent her early years in Hamilton before returning to the Manawatū more than 18 years ago. Now a proud mum of six energetic, sports mad boys, she loves calling Palmerston North home and being part of the local community.

Chanelle joined Watson Integrity in 2022 as a Property Manager and now leads the Property Management team as Team Leader. As a Palmerston North property manager with Level 4 qualifications, REINZ accreditation, and a strong background in compliance, she brings practical expertise and confidence to every aspect of property management, from maintenance challenges through to complex tenancy matters.

She is passionate about the difference professional property management makes, not only in protecting property value but also in creating positive experiences for both landlords and tenants. Known for clear communication and a proactive approach, Chanelle focuses on building strong, respectful relationships and delivering consistent results for clients across Palmerston North.

Outside of work, Chanelle enjoys making the most of the Manawatū lifestyle and can often be found hiking, cycling, or exploring the Manawatū River pathways with her family.
