Well in to 2020 now and things have changed very little to recent years gone by. Houses and properties in general are flying off the shelf and obtaining selling prices that puts a big smile on our vendors faces.

Potential purchasers are just as frustrated with the heat of the market as multiple offers on properties result in many people missing out. For some particular purchasers it can mean that they have missed out on numerous occasions. For the foreseeable future I can’t see a great deal of change happening either.

On a lighter note it is great that we have finally seen a run of golden summer weather, that we all really appreciate.
