After taking a break from real estate, Linda Harris is returning to an industry and community she knows well. Having first started her real estate career in Marton in 2017, Linda has worked with vendors and buyers throughout Rangitīkei, particularly in Marton, Bulls and Hunterville, across residential, lifestyle and subdivision properties.

It was the people she missed most while she was away. Linda found that former clients and members of the community continued to approach her with questions and ask for advice about buying and selling, reminding her how much she enjoyed being part of their property journey.

Linda brings a calm, genuine and straightforward approach to real estate. For her, it has never been simply about making a sale. She takes the time to understand what her clients need, what they are trying to achieve and how she can help them make the right decisions along the way. Regular communication, honest feedback and attention to detail are a big part of how she works.

Before real estate, Linda spent more than 20 years in management and leadership roles in pathology, where professionalism, accuracy and high ethical standards were essential. During her recent time away from real estate, she worked as a caretaker at Rangitīkei College, further strengthening the connections she has with people throughout the local community.

Linda has joined Watson Integrity because of its family feel, supportive team and shared focus on integrity, honesty and ethical business practices.

She also understands how important presentation and marketing are when selling a home and works closely with her vendors to identify ways to showcase their property at its best. Whether it’s big or small, new or old, Linda believes every property and every client deserves her full attention.

Outside of work, Linda enjoys walking her dog Finn and getting away freedom camping with her partner, particularly when there’s a beautiful beach involved.

For Linda, returning to real estate is very much about reconnecting with the Rangitīkei community and helping people through one of the biggest decisions they’ll make.
