Ari is a familiar face at Watson Integrity, having previously worked with us as a Property Manager before taking a few years away from the industry. Now she’s back, bringing plenty of people experience with her and looking forward to building a long term career in property management.

During her time away, Ari managed a busy café, where she also gained experience as a barista and chef. Managing a fast paced hospitality environment strengthened her ability to juggle priorities, work with all kinds of people and handle challenging situations, all skills that translate well back into property management.

Ari brings a positive attitude and plenty of energy to her role. She enjoys helping others, getting things done and being part of a team where people work together towards the same goals. Her years working with customers have also made her comfortable having the more difficult conversations when needed, while remaining open minded and understanding of different situations.

Returning to Watson gives Ari the opportunity to build on her previous property management experience, continue learning and create a stable career that also gives her a healthy balance between work and family life.

Palmerston North is home for Ari, and she loves how easy it is to get away and explore from here, whether it’s a trip to the beach, Wellington, the mountains or Taupō.

Outside of work, Ari is mum to her eight year old son and an American Bulldog cross Mastiff who are both a huge part of her life. She loves playing sport, going to the gym, walking her dog and spending her weekends with family and friends.
