Organised and approachable, she enjoys finding practical solutions when challenges arise and understands just how important trust and reliability are in property management.

Before joining Watson Integrity, Dakota worked in Body Corporate management, giving her a strong understanding of property, compliance and working with a wide range of people and expectations. This experience has also taught her the importance of organisation, attention to detail and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What Dakota enjoys most about property management is the people. She loves getting to know owners and tenants, understanding what’s important to them and being someone they can rely on. The variety of the role also suits her perfectly, with no two days ever quite the same.

A Palmy local, Dakota loves the strong sense of community, relaxed pace of life and having everything you need close by, along with the beautiful surrounding areas.

Outside of work, Dakota enjoys spending time with her husband, Jordan, and is a big movie fan. Whether it’s heading to the cinema for the latest release or settling in for a movie at home, it’s one of her favourite ways to relax.
