Fiona has lived at Paraparaumu Beach for 15 years and recently downsized into a new build — a move that’s given her the exciting challenge of designing a brand-new garden, one of her favourite pastimes.

When she’s not in the garden, Fiona makes the most of Kapiti’s natural beauty, enjoying barefoot beach walks, peaceful river tracks, and stunning bush walks.

For the past 13 years, Fiona has worked in Property Management Administration, a role she says she genuinely loves. She enjoys supporting the Property Managers and thrives on the variety that each day brings. Fiona takes great pride in working closely with owners and tenants, ensuring every detail and transaction is handled with accuracy and care.

Outside of work, Fiona values time with her close family and friends, and especially enjoys the fun and energy that comes with her many gorgeous grandchildren.

She says living in Kapiti feels like being on holiday 365 days a year — and she wouldn’t have it any other way.
