Relocation covers up to $1000 of the following:

• Packing costs
• Moving/relocation costs
• Or storage costs

Terms and Conditions:

1. The property must be listed in the period from 1^st July 2021 to 30^th September 2021.
2. The property can be sold after this time period.
3. The property must be listed by Marcus Watson and Eric Dong and sold by Watson Real Estate Ltd.
4. The property must be in Palmerston North or the Manawatu area.
5. The $1,000.00 voucher must be used for packing costs, moving/relocation costs, or storage costs with Le Courier Ltd, Palmerston North.
6. This voucher is paid for by Marcus Watson and Eric Dong.
7. Using any funds towards any other selling costs can only be done at Marcus and Eric’s discretion.
8. The voucher cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
9. The Le Courier voucher is valid from the unconditional selling date of the property for a maximum period of six months.
